Default The New Professions Dance/or a shared dance type

I would really like to see the Time Warp Dance on one of these new character classes or as a everyclass dance (I'd prefer to see it as a everyclass dance imagine a server full of people at an event doing the Time Warp Dance and it doesnt take away from the character class dances)...

Out of all the dances available out there nothing is as legendary as the Time Warp... so please Anet think about adding it into the game...

Please others who like the Time Warp Dance add your voice to this

It's just a jump to the left.......

Anyway that could be cool. It's probably a too late to be added to the Nightfall professions, perhaps campaign four. Or they can make it seperate from the primary individual dances; and give it to everyone.

First of all, I like your idea, second of all, I like rocky horror and would like the idea of seeing ID1 at a festival doing it

I remember at the dragon festival in ID1, at the very first appeareance of Kisu, I was there, we had a giant tunnel of people on the stairs waiting for him to come down.....It would have been great to have us all doing something.....

Also at the LAST appeaseance of Emporer Kisu I was in ID1 again XD and we had a massive sync dance going the whole way up the stairs I found that alot of people couldnt join in because they were the only one of their class.... (rits mainly) and this would eliminate this

so good idea

and BTW to any of you at the dragon festival
you might remember me as this:

thats right, the guy with fraps

My main character is a female ranger and I'm tired of the dance moves for it. New dance moves please, anything, something.

Its from the Rocky horror Picture Show.

Here are a few links of intrest:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0073629/ The Rocky Horror Picture Show

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDCcb3zRl8U Time Warp Dance Video

So lets see so far we have:

Fem. Warrior: Twist Dance Pulp Fiction
Male El. : Ellaine Dance From Seinfeld
Male Sin.: Micheal Jackson Style
Female Necro.: M.J. Thriller

I don't know the others or they are just original.

Allthought I do beleive that the Male Warrior is from one of the 90ies Boy bands.

cough*
female necro is Michael Jackson thriller.... don't know about monster mash

also it's a bit of a stretch; but the male warr does ressemble a slightly modified version of John Travolta in Pulp Fiction

ooh; you managed to forget male rit Napoleon Dynamite!

anywho....

It's just a jump to the left.
And then a step to the right.
With your hands on your hips.
You bring your knees in tight.
But it's the pelvic thrust
(five pelvic thrusts forward)
That really drives you insane.
Let's do the time-warp again.

Looked it up on youtube... lol, that would be hilarious in-game, but then only if indeed, all professions would be able to do that

Would fit a male Paragon, if it'd be for only one profession only though (but it being available to all would be sooo good )

No offense, but I don't find it very funny; or energetic. The "Jump on it" dance as shown by Carlton and Will Smith would be better.

It was before your time, you must not be into that sort of cult classic. Although strangely we were born the same year.......
And will smith..... eww; I doubt anyone would even recognize it.

Hi All,

Thanks all for those responses.. and no I dont take offence at a negative response its all good everyone has their own opinion and thats good..

I would like to take the next logical step and layout the look of the dance...

Now the original version of the song was very simple in the way of dancing and that was of course the way of the world then...

There are many versions of the dance these days that are all different.. some good some bad....

Heres my suggestion for the dance this is what my friends and I did for it...

At the words "Lets do the time warp again" do these actions..

Lets = Right arm raises into the air gracefully pointing upwards
Do = Left arm raises into the air gracefully pointing upwards
The Time = Right arm drops and crosses over stomach
Warp = Left arm drops and crosses over stomach and right arm
Again = Both arms rise into the air pointing up

Rinse and repeat for each application of the words...

Of course you cannot mess with the actual dance

Its just a jump the the left
And then a step to the riiiight
Put your hands on you hips
And bring you Knees in tiiiiight
And its the Pelvic thrust (now here it cannot be less than 3 or more than 5)
That really drives you insane (and here it is only one rotation of the hips)

Then we go back to Lets to the time warp again....

If you have any thoughts or ideas please share

alright.......

I supported the idea but when you break it down that much with that kind of detail it's starting to sound dorky.....

can't just raise your hand; raise it gracefully....

Well when I say Gracefully I guess I mean slowly not too fast...

There is the double handed shuffle they do in the movie that would work as well
